About

Pink Concrete is the alias of Yalin, a Prague-based DJ and producer originally from Istanbul, who moved to the Czech capital in 2015 - initially to study sports sciences, but stayed for the music. He plays techno with a light-hearted, sometimes melancholic edge, describing his approach as doing "pink touches to concrete music". In Prague he co-founded the club series Kave and Anormal, and is part of the hereandthere collective, which stages one-night events in unconventional spaces. His 2024 debut EP for Ben Sims' Hardgroove label and the 2025 solo EP Jazz Sultan on hereandthere brought him wider international attention.
