Peter Nagy (born 9 April 1959 in Prešov) is a Slovak singer, songwriter, composer and producer, best known as the frontman of the band Indigo. His breakthrough came with the song Profesor Indigo (1983), and by the late 1980s he had sold over a million records and won the Zlatý slávik (Golden Nightingale) award. He continues to tour regularly with Indigo, whose sound has shifted noticeably toward rock in recent years.
