Peter Mosbacher (1912-1977) was a German actor who worked in theatre, film and television. He built his reputation on the classical stage - at Hamburg's Thalia Theater and the Berlin Schillertheater - in roles such as Iago and Mephisto. On screen he often played heavies or military types, appearing in "The Face of Fu Manchu" (1965) and the thriller "Diabolically Yours" (1967) alongside Alain Delon and Senta Berger.
