Pedro Pascal (born José Pedro Balmaceda Pascal on April 2, 1975, in Santiago, Chile) is a Chilean-American actor who broke through as Oberyn Martell in Game of Thrones and later became a global star playing Din Djarin in The Mandalorian and Joel Miller in The Last of Us. He brought the Mandalorian character to the big screen in the 2026 film The Mandalorian and Grogu, and in summer 2025 released three films in quick succession - Materialists, Eddington, and The Fantastic Four: First Steps, where he debuted as Reed Richards in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The film Behemoth! directed by Tony Gilroy, in which Pascal plays the lead role, premieres on December 4, 2026 - two weeks before Avengers: Doomsday.
The film Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu, shot for IMAX, premiered on May 22, 2026 and earned 246.9 million dollars in its first weeks.
Pascal was cast in the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday (December 2026), where he reprises the role of Reed Richards, and simultaneously agreed to a role in Behemoth! for Searchlight Pictures.
