About
Pavel Kříž (born 18 April 1961 in Brno) is a Czech actor and psychotherapist whose career spans theatre, film and television. He became a household name through his role as Štěpán Šafránek in Dušan Klein's beloved 'Poets' film series (1982-2016), and has since appeared in international productions including Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol (2011). He has been a member of the National Theatre ensemble and performs regularly at the Divadlo Na Vinohradech in Prague.
