Pat Mastelotto (born September 10, 1955, in Chico, California) is an American rock drummer and producer, best known as King Crimson's longest-serving drummer since 1994. Before that he co-founded the pop-rock band Mr. Mister, whose single "Broken Wings" reached number one in the US. A pioneer of hybrid drumming - he calls his approach "traps and buttons" - he blends acoustic playing with electronics and looping. He remains active with Stick Men (alongside Tony Levin and Markus Reuter) and O.R.k.
