Ov Sulfur is an American blackened deathcore band from Las Vegas, formed in 2020 around vocalist Ricky Hoover, formerly of Suffokate. Their sound layers symphonic orchestration over black metal riffing and crushing breakdowns, with lyrics that consistently challenge organized religion. Signed to Century Media, they released their debut "The Burden Ov Faith" in 2023 and followed it with "Endless" in January 2026, produced by Josh Schroeder (Lorna Shore, Signs of the Swarm).
The band announced a European tour (27. 11. - 20. 12. 2026) in support of Mental Cruelty, with a stop in Prague on December 15.
On Facebook, the band confirmed a North American tour with DevilDriver and Upon a Burning Body (14. 8. - 5. 9. 2026).
The second album "Endless" was released on January 16, 2026 on Century Media; it was produced by Josh Schroeder, with guest appearances by Josh Davies (Ingested), Johnny Ciardullo (Carcosa), and Alan Grjna (Distant).
In September 2025, the band released the single "Evermore" and officially announced the album "Endless".
In June 2025, the single "Seed" was released, the first preview of the upcoming album "Endless".
