About

Oklou is the stage name of French musician, producer and singer Marylou Vanina Mayniel (born 23 April 1993, Poitiers). Classically trained on piano and cello, she later taught herself electronic production and built a following through her 2020 mixtape Galore, which established her as a key figure in the European hyperpop underground. Her debut studio album choke enough (February 2025) brought wider recognition - she sold out La Cigale in Paris twice in March 2025 and performed at Coachella in April 2026.
