OctOpus Vocalis is a vocal octet from Brno, founded in 2013 by singers who had already performed together since childhood in the Kantiléna children's choir. Their core repertoire is a cappella music, with a focus on pre-classical periods alongside 20th- and 21st-century works. The ensemble regularly collaborates with period and contemporary instrumentalists, and gave the Czech premiere of Paweł Łukaszewski's Responsoria Tenebrae cycle in 2014.
