O.R.k is an international progressive rock supergroup formed in 2014, bringing together Australian bassist Colin Edwin (ex-Porcupine Tree), American drummer Pat Mastelotto (King Crimson), Italian vocalist and film score composer Lorenzo Esposito Fornasari (LEF), and Italian guitarist Carmelo Pipitone (Marta sui Tubi). Blending post-metal, art rock and experimental electronics across five studio albums, the band released their latest record, Firehose of Falsehoods, in March 2025 on Kscope.
O.R.k released their fifth studio album Firehose of Falsehoods on March 21, 2025 on the Kscope label; the album thematically responds to socio-political unrest and propaganda.
The band announced the album Firehose of Falsehoods and released the single 'The Other Side'; the guest on the album is guitarist John Wesley, former touring member of Porcupine Tree.
O.R.k performed a European tour in support of the album Firehose of Falsehoods, which included stops in Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Great Britain.
At the end of 2024, O.R.k released the single 'Mask Becomes The Face', the third in a series of singles preceding the new album, featuring John Wesley as a guest on guitar solo.
On the album Ramagehead (2019), Serj Tankian from System of a Down was a guest on the track 'Black Blooms'; the album cover was designed by Adam Jones from the band Tool.
