Noví Lidé is a Czech dark electro duo from Hradec Králové, active since 2013. Vocalist and guitarist Mejra Šlejhar and synthesizer player René Tomaides craft music at the crossroads of dark wave, post-punk and electronics, with all lyrics sung in Czech. The duo has released two full-length albums - Světlo a stín (2017) and Kruh (2020) - and appears regularly on Czech and Slovak dark scene compilations.
Noví Lidé will perform as the opening act for Turkish duo She Past Away at Prague's Futurum Music Bar on November 13, 2026.
