Nora Navas (born 24 April 1975 in Barcelona) is a Spanish actress who works across theatre, film and television, with Catalan as her native language. Her breakthrough came with Agustí Villaronga's Black Bread (2010), which earned her the Silver Shell at San Sebastián, the Goya Award for Best Actress and the Gaudí Award. She gained wider international recognition playing Mercedes in Pedro Almodóvar's Pain and Glory (2019), and won a second Goya - this time for Best Supporting Actress - for Libertad (2022). Trained at Barcelona's Institut del Teatre, she is now one of the most consistently active performers in Spanish cinema.
Nora Navas appeared in the spy action thriller Zeta (Agent Zeta) directed by Dani de la Torre, which premiered on Amazon Prime Video on March 20, 2026.
For the title role in the film Mi amiga Eva (2025) directed by Cesca Gaye, Navas received a Goya nomination for Best Actress at the 40th awards ceremony.
The film Mi amiga Eva, in which Navas plays the title role, had its Spanish premiere on September 19, 2025.
Navas won the award for Best Supporting Actress in a Series for her role in the series Yo, adicto (2024).
The series Matar a un oso is in development for Movistar+, in which Navas also appears; the premiere date has not yet been announced.
