Nia Long (born October 30, 1970, Brooklyn) is an American actress with a career spanning more than three decades. She rose to prominence through 1990s films like Boyz n the Hood, Love Jones, Soul Food and The Best Man, as well as TV series The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and Third Watch. In 2026 she played Katherine Jackson in Antoine Fuqua's blockbuster biopic Michael, which grossed over $846 million worldwide.
