Nancy Olson (born July 14, 1928, Milwaukee) is an American actress best known for playing Betty Schaefer in Billy Wilder's Sunset Boulevard (1950), a role that earned her an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. She co-starred with William Holden in four films and later appeared in several Disney productions in the 1960s. In 2022 she published a memoir, A Front Row Seat, recounting her decades in Hollywood.
