🎸 Mužáci

About

Mužáci is a male folk choir from Valtice in South Moravia - the first of its kind in the town. Founded in 2006 at the initiative of Ing. Petr Sláčala, they sing folk songs from the Podluží region and beyond under choirmaster Pavel Uher from Lanžhot. The choir is part of the Valtická krojovaná společnost and performs regularly at harvest festivals, wine celebrations and pre-feast singings across southern Moravia. Together with the female choir Výběr z bobulí and CM Kapura, they recorded the CD "Začul sem já novinečku".
