Monty Python is a British comedy group formed in 1969, consisting of Graham Chapman, John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones, and Michael Palin. Known for their surreal and absurdist humour, they rose to fame with the TV series Monty Python's Flying Circus. Their film The Meaning of Life (1983) is a satirical take on human existence.
