Miroslav Beinhauer (born 1993 in Ostrava) is a Czech pianist focused on contemporary music and the music of the 20th century. He studied at the Janáček Academy in Brno, then at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna and at the Royal Conservatoire in Ghent under Daan Vandewalle, where he also completed his doctorate on Hába's keyboard works. He is almost certainly the only person in the world who can play Hába's sixth-tone harmonium - housed in the Czech Museum of Music - and in April 2025 released on Supraphon the first complete recording of Alois Hába's piano works in the standard semitone system.
The French magazine Diapason awarded Beinhauer's double album Hába: The Complete Piano Works (Supraphon) the highest rating of five Diapasons.
British critic Norman Lebrecht dedicated a review of Beinhauer's recording of Hába in his weekly column.
The British magazine Gramophone published a review of the album Hába: The Complete Piano Works and praised Beinhauer's technique and interpretive conviction.
Supraphon released on April 11, 2025 Beinhauer's double album with the first recording of the complete piano works of Aloise Hába in the quarter-tone system.
In February 2026, Beinhauer performed at the Prague festival Bridges of Contemporary Music with the world premiere of Jana Kotyka's composition Mateníky.
