Miloslav "Čurby" Urbanec is a Czech festival organiser and founder of Obscene Extreme, an annual DIY extreme music festival held in Trutnov. He started the event in 1999 as a birthday celebration, and it has since grown into one of the longest-running underground DIY festivals in the world.
