Milan Tomášik is a Slovak choreographer, dancer, and teacher working internationally in contemporary dance and performing arts. He trained at the J. L. Bella Conservatory in Banská Bystrica, the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava, and P.A.R.T.S. in Brussels under Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker. He is co-founder of the Les SlovaKs dance collective and founded his own company Milan Tomášik & Co in 2014. He regularly teaches his signature Poetic Body workshops worldwide.
