Milan Dvořák (born 1934 in Prostějov) is a Czech composer and pianist working in jazz, pop and chanson. From 1965 he was part of the Semafor theatre in Prague, at times serving as its artistic director, and for decades led the backing ensemble of singer Hana Hegerová. He composed music for numerous film comedies and wrote hundreds of songs for leading Czech performers. In Tomáš Vorel's cult film Kouř (1991) he appeared on screen as the factory director.
