Mikuláš Lobkowicz

Mikuláš Lobkowicz (1931–2019) was a Czech nobleman, philosopher and academic. After the Communist takeover in 1948 he emigrated to the West, becoming a professor of philosophy and rector of the University of Munich. He was a prominent figure in the Czech exile community and contributed to Czech-German cultural relations after 1989.
