Men I Trust is a Canadian indie trio from Québec, formed in 2014 by Jessy Caron, Dragos Chiriac, and vocalist Emmanuelle Proulx. The band has self-released all six of their studio albums, building a global following without a label or publicity team. Their sound sits at the intersection of dream pop, shoegaze, and understated electronics, with the single "Show Me How" alone surpassing 790 million Spotify streams.
Equus Caballus was included on the longlist for the Polaris Music Prize 2026, earning the band a nomination for this award for the second consecutive time.
The band released their second album in 2025 - Equus Caballus (May 6), a companion project to the March Equus Asinus.
Men I Trust released their fifth studio album Equus Asinus (March 19, 2025), their first full-length album in nearly four years.
In February 2025, the band announced the release of two new albums and an extensive Equus Tour across North America, Europe, and Asia.
