Mel Buttle is an Australian stand-up comedian, presenter and writer from Brisbane. She is known for her dry observational comedy and for creating the viral online character "Lyn", a relatable suburban mum. In 2013 she won the Directors Choice Award at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and she spent several years co-hosting The Great Australian Bake Off.
