Meda Valentová (1898-1973) was a Czech stage and film actress who started out as an operetta singer and cabaret performer. In the 1940s she became one of the most frequently cast faces in Czech comedy, taking on over thirty roles ranging from well-heeled ladies to ordinary working women. In Baron Prášil (1940) she played baronka Olga Prášilová opposite Vlasta Burian. Her final screen appearance came in the fairy-tale comedy Dívka na koštěti (1971).
