Martin Horský (born 1978 in Plzeň) is a Czech screenwriter and film director specialising in popular comedies. A self-taught scriptwriter, he broke through with Ženy v běhu (2019), which became the most successful Czech directorial debut since 1992, drawing over 1.5 million viewers. He followed it with Srdce na dlani (2022) and Moře na dvoře, and in 2026 paid tribute to his hometown with the comedy Někdo to rád v Plzni.
