Marek Orko Vácha (born 14 September 1966 in Brno) is a Czech Roman Catholic priest, molecular biologist, bioethicist and author. He studied molecular biology and genetics at Masaryk University in Brno and theology in Olomouc and Brussels; from 2007 to 2024 he headed the Institute of Ethics and Humanities at the Third Faculty of Medicine, Charles University. The author of more than twenty books bridging science, ethics and spirituality, he is one of the most sought-after public lecturers in the Czech Republic.

In January 2026 he gave a lecture at Děčín Castle with the topic The Art of Living.
In December 2025 he gave a lecture on the topic Love Creates Beauty at the Lanterna Spa Hotel in Valašsko.
