Marcin Rolczyński is a Polish dancer and arts manager, trained at the Gdańsk ballet school. He began his career at the Baltic Opera and from 2004 danced with the Grand Theater in Poznań. In 2017 he started building independent productions, which led to the founding of the Grand Royal Classical Ballet - Poland's first commercial ballet company, touring Europe with classics such as Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, and Giselle.
