Marcin Czarnik is a Polish actor born in 1976 in Oświęcim, trained at the Warsaw Theatre Academy. He is closely associated with Hungarian director László Nemes, having appeared in all of his feature films, including the Oscar-winning Son of Saul (2015). He is also known internationally from the series The Witcher.
