MADUK, real name Mark van der Schoot (born 4 October 1990 in Amsterdam), is a Dutch DJ and producer and one of the defining figures of melodic and liquid drum & bass. He rose to prominence in 2011 through the Liquicity YouTube channel, later co-founding the label and festival of the same name with Maris Goudzwaard. He has released on Hospital Records, Liquicity Records, Viper Recordings, Monstercat and Fokuz Recordings, with his albums Never Give Up (2016) and Transformations (2021) cementing his standing in the genre.
MADUK released the single Gold on the Liquicity Records label in collaboration with singer Veela, their first joint track in approximately ten years.
MADUK appeared in the lineup of the Let It Roll 2026 festival, one of the largest drum & bass events in the world.
MADUK performed at his own festival Liquicity Festival 2026, with the next edition planned for July 2027.
