About

Łysa Góra is a Polish folk metal band from Piaseczno, active since April 2012. Their sound weaves Slavic folklore and Polish rural tradition into heavy metal riffs and strings, with two female vocalists using traditional white-voice technique as a signature element. The band operates in two formats - an electric heavy folk project and an acoustic Slavic folk one. Their fourth album, *W Ogniu Świat* (2023, Oskar Records), earned a Fryderyki nomination for Metal Album of the Year.
