The Cunning Little Vixen is an opera by Czech composer Leoš Janáček, composed in 1924. Janáček wrote the libretto himself, based on Rudolf Těsnohlídek's comic strip. The opera follows the vixen Bystrouška and her encounters with humans and nature, and is one of the most frequently performed Czech operas internationally.
