Lara Alarcón is an Argentine vocalist, improviser and composer based in Berlin, originally from La Plata. She works across experimental, electroacoustic and noise music, treating the voice as an instrument in the broadest sense - using live processing, tape recorders and electronics. Her solo project VQ spans choral pop textures and free improvisation. She studied composition in La Plata and continues at the Universität der Künste Berlin.
