Krovostok
Russian hip-hop duo Krovostok brings their grotesque gangsta-rap to Prague, a dark and provocative sound rooted in the margins of post-Soviet culture.
Krovostok is a Moscow hip-hop duo formed in 2003 by visual artist and poet Anton Chernyak (Shilo) and writer-installation artist Dmitry Fain (Feldman). They built a cult following across the post-Soviet underground with their deadpan monotone flow, grotesque criminal narratives, and sharp social satire. Seven studio albums span their career, with the latest - Piry i rany - released in December 2025.
Krovostok released on December 12, 2025 the album Piry i rany - the band's first full-length project since 2021, containing 11 tracks.
On May 26, 2025 the band released the single Podozrenije - their first new single since 2023.
In July 2024 Roskomnadzor blocked the band's debut album Reka krovi (2004) in Russia; the band refused to remove the controversial track and only instrumental versions remained available on Russian streaming services.
In November 2024 the band performed in Prague, Vilnius and Riga as part of a European tour.
