Kristýna Sibinská

About

Kristýna Sibinská (born 2 September 2002 in Frýdek-Místek) is a Czech drummer from Šenov near Ostrava who has been playing since the age of seven. Her range spans jazz, rock and electronic music. After graduating from the Jaroslav Ježek Conservatory in Prague, she enrolled at Berklee College of Music in Boston in 2023 on a full tuition scholarship. In 2019 she won the international Hit Like a Girl drum contest in the under-18 category.

    Since September 2025, Kristýna Sibinská is the only Czech student at Berklee - Czech Radio Ostrava reported this in July 2025.

    Novinky.cz published an interview with Sibinská before her third year at Berklee, where she described the school's facilities and the intensity of studies.

    At the beginning of 2026, she performed in Třinec alongside pianist Boris Urbánek and his band, followed by a jam session after the concert.
