Kolë Lacy (born Kolë Laca, 1972, Shkodër) is an Albanian-Italian music producer, pianist and composer based in Italy. He served as keyboardist for the alternative rock band Teatro degli Orrori from 2012 to 2016 and has produced music for Italian and French artists. In 2019 he co-founded Shkodra Elektronike with singer-songwriter Beatriçe Gjergji, a duo that reframes traditional folk music from their hometown of Shkodër through contemporary electronic production - a style they call 'post-immigrant pop'. After winning Albania's national selection Festivali i Këngës 63 in December 2024, the duo represented Albania at Eurovision 2025 in Basel, finishing 8th with 218 points, Albania's best-ever result in the contest.
Shkodra Elektronike will start a European tour in November 2026 with stops in Helsinki, Rize, Vilnius, Gdansk, Warsaw, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Vienna, Brno and London.
In April 2026, Shkodra Elektronike released the single Stuhi and performed at Amsterdam's AFAS Live.
In December 2025, the duo performed at Festivali i Këngës 64 in Tirana and also at a television performance in Podgorica.
Shkodra Elektronike placed 8th at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel with 218 points - Albania's historically best result in the competition.
In December 2024, the duo won Festivali i Këngës 63 with the song Zjerm and earned the right to represent Albania at Eurovision 2025.
