Kojey Radical, born Kwadwo Adu Genfi Amponsah on 4 January 1993 in London, is a British rapper, poet and mixed-media visual artist of Ghanaian descent, raised in Shoreditch and Hoxton. His music blends hip-hop, grime, soul and spoken word, tackling race, identity and social inequality. His debut album Reason to Smile (2022) reached No. 11 on the UK Albums Chart and was shortlisted for the Mercury Prize. His second album Don't Look Down (September 2025) received a Metacritic score of 92 out of 100.
