KOGAA is a Brno-based architecture studio founded by Tomáš Kozelský and Alexandra Georgescu Paquin. It focuses on adaptive reuse of neglected urban sites and explores alternative models of housing and community living. Projects like Papírák and DADA Distrikt mix uses and push sustainable city development beyond conventional growth.
