Kit Sebastian Connor (born 8 March 2004 in London) is an English actor who broke through as Nick Nelson in Netflix's Heartstopper (2022-2024) and its concluding film Heartstopper Forever (2026), on which he also served as executive producer. He won the inaugural Children's and Family Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Performance for the role. Beyond the franchise, he made his Broadway debut as Romeo opposite Rachel Zegler (October 2024) and appeared in A24's Iraq War drama Warfare (2025), directed by Ray Mendoza and Alex Garland.
Kit Connor was cast as Cyclops (Scott Summers) in the upcoming X-Men reboot from Marvel Studios, directed by Jake Schreier.
Heartstopper Forever had its world premiere at London's Cineworld on July 14, 2026, and was released on Netflix on July 17, 2026.
Connor was officially confirmed in the lead role of the film adaptation of the video game Elden Ring for A24, directed by Alex Garland, alongside Cailee Spaeny and Ben Whishaw.
In October 2025, it was announced that Connor will star alongside Fred Hechinger and D'Pharaoha Woon-A-Taie in the drama A Long Winter directed by Andrew Haigh.
The war drama Warfare (A24) with Connor in the role of Tommy had its American premiere on April 11, 2025; the film was directed by Ray Mendoza and Alex Garland.
