Kevin J. O'Connor (born November 15, 1963, Chicago) is an American character actor who started out at the Steppenwolf Theatre and trained at DePaul University's Goodman School of Drama. He is best known for playing the treacherous Beni in The Mummy (1999), Igor in Van Helsing (2004), and Henry opposite Daniel Day-Lewis in Paul Thomas Anderson's There Will Be Blood (2007). Director Stephen Sommers has cast him repeatedly across several films.
O'Connor participated in the "The Mummy Returns!" panel at Fan Expo Chicago 2025 (August 17) alongside Brendan Fraser, Patricia Velasquez, John Hannah, and Oded Fehr.
The actor appeared as a guest at Twin Cities Con 2025 (November 7-9) at the Minneapolis Convention Center.
O'Connor landed the role of Bruce in the film Broken Church (2025).
