Kazuhiko Inoue (井上 和彦, born March 26, 1954, Yokohama) is a Japanese actor, voice actor, narrator and singer with a career stretching back to 1973. He is best known internationally as the voice of Kakashi Hatake in Naruto, though his work spans Cyborg 009, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Demon Slayer and dozens of other titles. In 2009 he won the Seiyu Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role as Nyanko-sensei in Natsume's Book of Friends, and he also runs the B-Box acting school in Tokyo.
Inoue appeared as the main guest at the Anime India Delhi 2026 convention (June 6-7), where the event was attended by over 43,000 visitors.
Anime News Network announced Inoue's participation at Anime India Delhi 2026 as a special guest for his role as Kakashi in Naruto.
In October 2024, Inoue participated in a reading theater performance, where he played the role of Kogoro Akechi.
In October 2024, the seventh season of the anime Natsume's Book of Friends began airing, in which Inoue once again voices Nyanko-sensei.
In March 2024, Inoue published his first autobiographical book titled 『風まかせ 声優・井上和彦の仕事と生き方』.
