KAVABANGA / DEPO / KOLIBRI
Russian hip-hop group Kavabanga performs in České Budějovice with Depo and Kolibri. Free admission.
Kavabanga Depo Kolibri (KDK) is a hip-hop trio from Kharkiv, Ukraine, formed in 2012 by Alexander Plisakin (kavabanga), Roman Manko (Depo) and Dmytro Leliuk (kolibri). With no radio or TV airplay, the group built a multi-million fanbase purely through social media and streaming platforms. Their melodic, emotionally direct style - centred on relationships and everyday struggles - made them one of the most-streamed acts across the post-Soviet diaspora.
Kolibri released a new single "Czerwony mak" in June 2026 in collaboration with singer Zlata Ko.
KDK launched a world concert tour in 2026, which includes 10 countries and over 40 concerts.
In November 2025, the band released the single "Vals" and continued the European tour with stops in Prague and Bratislava.
In April 2025, the band released the single "Kviten", whose lyrics were created in April 2022.
In 2019, a member left Kolibri; the band continued as a duo and did not change the name.
