Katapult is a Czech rock band and one of the pioneers of hard rock in Czechoslovakia. Founded in the 1970s, the group became known for energetic live performances and hits such as Hořely padaly hvězdy. Despite numerous line-up changes over the decades, Katapult remains one of the best-known Czech rock acts.
