🎬 Kassagi

About

Kassagi was a French magician and sleight-of-hand expert who served as technical advisor on Robert Bresson's film Pickpocket (1959), teaching lead actor Martin LaSalle the intricate finger work needed to steal convincingly on camera. His real skill gave the film's famous pocket-picking scenes an authenticity no acting alone could fake.
