Karel Šíp (born 1 June 1945 in Prague) is one of the longest-serving Czech television entertainers, talk-show hosts and lyricists. He rose to fame with the music-comedy show Hitšaráda (1978-1986) alongside composer Jaroslav Uhlíř, and since 2005 has hosted the talk show Všechnopárty on ČT1, which over two decades became a fixture of Czech Friday-night television. As a lyricist he has written around five hundred song texts, including hits for Karel Gott, Hana Zagorová and Leona Machálková.
Czech Television broadcast a full-length documentary Karel Šíp - Life Parties for Karel Šíp's 80th birthday, which became the most-watched program of Saturday evening and the entire day.
All Parties continues on ČT1 in 2026 - the premiere episode in January became the most-watched program of Friday evening with more than 700 thousand adult viewers.
The New Year's special edition of All Parties was broadcast on ČT1 at the arrival of 2026, with actors Štěpán Kozub, Miroslav Hanuš and Eva Leinweberová as guests.
All Parties celebrated 20 years since the first broadcast episode - the program has been running continuously since 24 November 2005.
Czech Television added new premiere episodes of All Parties from 4 October 2024 after filming in August was postponed due to health issues of Karel Šíp.
