Junk World is a Japanese stop-motion animated film directed by Takahide Hori, the creator of the acclaimed Junk Head. Set more than a thousand years before the events of the first film, it follows a small robot named Robin on a perilous journey through a bizarre, post-apocalyptic wasteland. The film continues Hori's meticulous, handmade animation style.
