Julie Winterová-Mezerová (1893-1980) was a Czech painter and graphic artist from Úpice in the Krkonoše foothills. She trained at the School of Applied Arts in Prague and became known above all for her landscapes of the Podkrkonoší region, alongside figurative work and still lifes. In 1921 she co-founded the Kruh výtvarných umělkyň (Circle of Women Artists) and exhibited with the group both at home and abroad, including in Paris as a member of the Salon des Tuileries.
