Johann Rosenmüller

Johann Rosenmüller (c. 1619–1684) was a German composer and organist of the early Baroque period. After studying and teaching in Leipzig, he fled to Venice, where he spent much of his career. He is best known for his instrumental sonatas and sacred vocal works that blend Italian and German stylistic elements.
