Joan Mir Mayrata (born 1 September 1997 in Palma de Mallorca) is a Spanish Grand Prix motorcycle racer who won the 2020 MotoGP World Championship with Suzuki Ecstar - the first Suzuki rider to take the premier class title since Kenny Roberts Jr. in 2000, and the first Moto3 world champion ever to go on and win the top class. He also holds the 2017 Moto3 title with Leopard Racing. Since 2023 he has raced for the factory Honda HRC Castrol team, under contract through the end of 2026.
