Jindra Polák is a Czech singer, guitarist, and lyricist, best known as the frontman of the folk-rock band Jelen, which he co-founded in 2012. The band won the Anděl Award for Discovery of the Year in 2014 and scored hits such as Magdalena and Světlo ve tmě. Before music became his full-time career, Polák worked as a graphic designer and street musician.
