Jhon Narváez is a Colombian film director. Together with Cristina Gallego he made Birds of Passage (Pájaros de verano, 2018), a family saga set among the Wayú indigenous people that traces the roots of Colombia's drug trade. The film was Colombia's submission for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film.
